Capable of delivering hot water at temperatures up to 65°C and operating in ambient temperatures as low as 0°C, the 30kW ducted model achieves a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 4.19 at 20°C ambient temperature and 60% relative humidity.
Featuring high-static-pressure fans that allow discharge air to be ducted away from the installation area, the unit is available in vertical and stackable horizontal discharge configurations, offering flexible installation options to suit commercial plant room requirements.

Owners and Installation Guides
The water heater(s) shall be Rheem Commercial Air-to-Water Heat Pump model 952030 (ducted), with a nominal heating capacity of 29.78 kW, power input of 7.11 kW and a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 4.19 at 20°C ambient temperature and 60% relative humidity. The water heater(s) shall use R1234yf refrigerant with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 1 and be capable of delivering hot water at temperatures up to 65°C. The water heater(s) shall conform to AS/NZS 3498, be WaterMark certified and comply with AS/NZS 60335.1 and AS/NZS 60335.2.40. The unit(s) shall incorporate epoxy-coated copper tube/aluminium finned evaporator coils, marine-grade aluminium casing, high-static-pressure ducted fans, automatic defrost functionality and provision for connection to a Building Management System (BMS). The controller shall monitor tank temperature, hot water flow temperature, water inlet and outlet temperatures, refrigerant suction temperature, suction and discharge pressures, ambient air temperature and evaporator coil temperature. The unit(s) shall provide auxiliary boost control functionality and be suitable for connection to a building hot water return circulation loop.
