Rheem Crossflow™ Delivery Skids provide instantaneous heat transfer between a non-potable primary circuit and a potable secondary hot water circuit without the need for additional storage. Designed for commercial applications including multi-storey buildings, solar, co-generation and HVAC/mechanical systems, the current range is available in 600 kW and 800 kW models and incorporates variable-speed pumping and twin WaterMark-certified heat exchangers for efficient heat transfer with low pressure drop.

Owners and Installation Guides
The heat exchanger system shall be Rheem Crossflow™ Delivery Skid, available in nominal capacities of 600 kW and 800 kW. At nominal conditions, the 600 kW model shall operate with a primary non-potable inlet temperature of 80°C and a primary flow rate of 144 L/min, delivering potable water from 15°C to 65°C at a nominal secondary flow rate of 172 L/min. The 800 kW model shall operate with a primary non-potable inlet temperature of 80°C and a primary flow rate of 186 L/min, delivering potable water from 15°C to 65°C at a nominal secondary flow rate of 223 L/min. Each system shall incorporate twin WaterMark-certified 316L stainless steel single-wall brazed plate heat exchangers, individually isolatable for servicing and redundancy. A dual-head variable-speed pump shall regulate primary-side flow in response to secondary-side demand. Maximum operating pressure shall be 1000 kPa on the primary circuit and 1400 kPa on the secondary circuit. The system shall be factory assembled on a hot-dip galvanised steel frame and shall provide BMS/SCADA monitoring capability via an optional CIM module.
