Rheem Connect® Plus provides BMS integration and optional remote monitoring for compatible Rheem Tankpak® commercial hot water systems. It enables monitoring of key system temperatures, pumps, equipment operation, faults and alarms via Modbus TCP/IP or BACnet TCP/IP.

BMS Connectivity

Remote Monitoring Options
299320-1 – 4G Remote Monitoring with Rheem Service Support
Provides local BMS connectivity via Ethernet and remote monitoring through the Rheem Connect® portal, with applicable Rheem commissioning, defects and liability or service support.
299320-2 – 4G Remote Monitoring Only
Provides local BMS connectivity via Ethernet and remote monitoring through the Rheem Connect® portal for the facility management team.
Remote monitoring includes 12 months access.
Rheem Connect Plus can provide system information and alarms to onsite service personnel, facility management teams and, where applicable, Rheem Service teams. System conditions outside nominated operating limits can be configured to trigger notifications to assist with early identification of system issues.
The system can also provide relevant operating information to assist with monitoring and reporting requirements through the local BMS and Rheem Connect portal.

Owners and Installation Guides
The BMS and remote monitoring package shall be Rheem Connect® Plus, selected from the following models:
299320 – BMS monitoring via Ethernet
299320-1 – BMS and 4G remote monitoring with applicable Rheem service support
299320-2 – BMS and 4G remote monitoring via the Rheem Connect® portal.
The package shall be suitable for compatible Rheem Tankpak® systems and provide local BMS communication via Ethernet using BACnet TCP/IP or Modbus TCP/IP, with up to 14 system notifications and alarms. The unit shall be factory assembled and tested in an IP54 enclosure suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. Where 4G connectivity is selected, system information and alarms shall also be available remotely through the Rheem Connect portal.
