The water heater shall be an atmospheric Raypak model no. B1412 with a thermal input of 1412 MJ/hr and an output of 315kW using natural gas. The water heater shall conform to Australian Standard 4552 and be WaterMark certified. The water heater shall be factory assembled and tested. Models for heating purposes will incorporate a modulating gas control, models for domestic hot supply shall incorporate an On-Off gas control.
