The continuous flow gas water heater shall be Rheem model 862627, suitable for internal installation and LPG / Propane gas supply.
The unit shall have a thermal input of 205 MJ/h, output of 46.5 kW, 84% efficiency and a 6-star gas energy rating. Flow rate shall be 27 L/min at a 25°C rise, with delivery temperatures up to 82°C.
The unit shall incorporate frost protection and Flame Safe® fault protection, with a certified Rheem co-axial flue system for internal installation.
