Rheem’s Commercial Air to Water heat pump model 953018 is a commercial-grade, non-ducted heat pump designed to deliver hot water up to 65°C. The 18 kW model achieves a system Coefficient of Performance (COP) of up to 4.0 at 20°C ambient. Non-ducted models are generally intended for outdoor installation but may be installed indoors where a sufficient supply of heat energy is available. Vertical, horizontal and stackable configurations are available.

The water heater(s) shall be Rheem Commercial Air to Water Heat Pump model 953018__, non-ducted configuration, with a nominal heating output of 17.5 kW and a COP of 4.0 at 20°C ambient / 65% RH. The heat pump shall use R134a refrigerant and shall be capable of delivering hot water up to 65°C. The unit shall incorporate a marine-grade aluminium cabinet and epoxy-coated copper tube/aluminium finned evaporator coils. The water heater shall conform to AS 3498, be WaterMark certified and comply with applicable electrical safety and EMC requirements. The heat pump shall incorporate Rheem iQ controls and provide connectivity for Building Management System (BMS) integration.
