The water heater shall be a Raypak® MVB™ 1500, model 911500BNHK, operating on natural gas with a thermal input of 1582 MJ/h and output of 379 kW. The unit shall incorporate a fully modulating vertical burner with 7:1 turndown, bronze headers and copper finned tube heat exchanger, integral touchscreen controls with Modbus RS485 BMS connectivity, and provision for cascading of up to four units. The water heater shall be suitable for hydronic heating applications and allow flexible indoor, outdoor, room sealed or room sourced flueing configurations.
