The water heating system shall be Rheem Tankpak® Series 4 Internal Deluxe, available in the following configurations:
TP4I02 – 2 heaters, 420 MJ/h, 1,686 L/h recovery
TP4I03 – 3 heaters, 630 MJ/h, 2,528 L/h recovery
TP4I04 – 4 heaters, 840 MJ/h, 3,371 L/h recovery
TP4I05 – 5 heaters, 1,050 MJ/h, 4,214 L/h recovery
TP4I06 – 6 heaters, 1,260 MJ/h, 5,057 L/h recovery
The system shall incorporate Rheem commercial continuous flow gas water heaters with electronic staging and rotation, a Deluxe master controller, BMS and remote monitoring capability, and optional duty/standby pump configurations.
Internal models shall be factory assembled on a galvanised frame with integrated condensate drains. Rheem 325 litre or 410 litre commercial storage tanks shall be used as applicable.
