The water heater(s) shall be Rheem Tankpak® 1 model no. TPI01-1430, comprising one Rheem 862B Series commercial continuous flow water heater, one Rheem 610430 vitreous enamel storage tank, pump and controller. The system shall be suitable for internal, natural gas, wall-mounted installation and shall have a thermal input of 210 MJ/h, a recovery rate of 843 litres per hour through a 50°C temperature rise and a first-hour capacity of 1,235 litres. The storage tank shall have a nominal storage capacity of 410 litres. The continuous flow water heater shall be set to 70°C, with system temperature controlled by the pump and controller, and shall incorporate digital temperature display and on-board error identification. Primary hot water flow and return connections shall be 25 mm and the natural gas connection shall be 20 mm.
