Owners and Installation Guides
The water heater system shall be a Rheem® Multipak® External commercial continuous flow system, selected from the following models to suit the required hot water demand:
MPE 02 – 420 MJ/h input, 1,686 L/hr recovery at 50°C rise, maximum flow rate 28 L/min
MPE 03 – 630 MJ/h input, 2,528 L/hr recovery at 50°C rise, maximum flow rate 42 L/min
MPE 04 – 840 MJ/h input, 3,371 L/hr recovery at 50°C rise, maximum flow rate 56 L/min
MPE 05 – 1,050 MJ/h input, 4,214 L/hr recovery at 50°C rise, maximum flow rate 70 L/min
MPE 06 – 1,260 MJ/h input, 5,057 L/hr recovery at 50°C rise, maximum flow rate 84 L/min.
The system shall incorporate commercial-grade continuous flow water heaters configured as a factory-assembled Multipak system for external installation. Minimum flow rate shall be 1.5 L/min. Electrical supply shall be 240 V/50 Hz, with electrical load ranging from 1.50 A for MPE 02 to 4.50 A for MPE 06, and each continuous flow water heater shall be supplied with a 1.8 m 10 A plug and lead. The continuous flow water heater(s) shall conform to Australian Standard 4552 or 5263 and the package shall be WaterMark Lead Free certified. The water heaters shall be factory assembled and tested.
