Owners and Installation Guides
The water heater(s) shall be Rheem Commercial Continuous Flow internal natural gas model no. 862B28NF/PF with a gas input of 210 MJ/h, an output of 47.6 kW and a flow rate of 28 litres per minute through a 25°C temperature rise. The water heater(s) shall have a minimum flow rate of 1.5 litres per minute, a 6-star gas energy rating and 84% thermal efficiency. The water heater(s) shall provide selectable delivery temperatures from 40°C to 82°C, with a factory set temperature of 70°C, and shall incorporate Q-factor technology for rapid temperature stabilisation, Flame Safe® fault protection, frost protection, digital temperature display and on-board error identification. The internal model shall incorporate a 316L stainless steel inner flue and aluminised steel outer flue and shall be suitable for natural gas operation with a gas supply pressure range of 1.13 to 3.5 kPa and a water supply pressure range of 120 to 1000 kPa.
