The water heater shall be an atmospheric Raypak model no. B0430 with a thermal input of 420 MJ/hr and an output of 94kW using natural gas. The water heater shall conform to AS/NZS 4552 or 5263 and be WaterMark certified. The water heater shall be factory assembled and tested. Models for heating purposes will incorporate a modulating gas control. Models for domestic hot water supply shall incorporate an On-Off gas control.
