The water heater(s) shall be an atmospheric Raypak model no. 0280 with a thermal input of 278 MJ/hr and an output of 62kW using natural gas. The water heater shall conform to Australian Standard 4552 or 5263 and be WaterMark certified. The water heaters shall be factory assembled and tested. Models for heating purposes will incorporate a modulating gas control, models for domestic hot water supply shall incorporate an On-Off gas control.
