The water heater(s) shall be an atmospheric Raypak model no. B1292 with a thermal input of 1289 MJ/hr and an output of 285 using natural gas. The water heater shall conform to Australian Standard 3814 and be WaterMark certified. The water heaters shall be factory assembled and tested. The system shall be supplied with BMS/BAS capability. Models for heating purposes will incorporate a modulating gas control, models for domestic hot water supply shall incorporate an On-Off gas control
