The Rheem Service contact number is available 7 days a week with Service personnel available to take your call from 8am to 8pm daily.
Rheem offer a trained and qualified national service network who will repair or replace components at the address of the water heater subject to the terms of the Rheem warranty. Rheem Service, in addition can provide service work beyond the product warranty as well as preventative maintenance and advice on the operation of your water heater.
The Owner’s Guide & Installation Instructions which was provided with your product outlines Rheem’s Warranty as it relates to the product purchased including:
- What is covered by Rheem’s Warranty for the Product,
- Terms of Rheem’s Warranty and exclusions to it,
- Entitlement to make a claim,
- How to make a claim, and
- The Australian Consumer Law.
If you no longer have your Owner’s Guide, you can search for a current copy below.
Note: The current warranty may differ from that applicable to an older water heater. For copies of warranties applicable to older models please contact Rheem Service on 131 031.
